BridgeCare Hospitals develops and operates freestanding Long Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH).  We care for patients whose complex medical conditions require that they be in a hospital environment for longer than the typical hospital stay.

At BridgeCare Hospitals, a team of healthcare professionals will be assembled to develop and carry out a care plan designed specifically for each patient. That team will work together with the patient, his or her physicians and family to create this plan, and they will meet on a regular basis to ensure that the patient is receiving the high quality healthcare he or she deserves.

We know there is no place like home.  However, because our patients will be with us for a while, we have made special accommodations to make their stay with us as pleasant as possible.
